Based on your workup, our doctors can prescribe new o refill an existing prescription. We can e-prescribe to your pharmacy of choice.
Surgical Clearance
Our providers offer surgical clearance services to assess a patient's fitness for surgery and minimize potential risks during and after the procedure. A surgical clearance is often required by many insurance carriers in order to have your surgery covered.

Ask your physician during your visit. Lab orders can be fulfilled at any LabCorp, Sonora Quest Diagnostic patient service center. If you have a lab preference, just let your doctor know at your appointment.

Discounted cash pricing on X-rays, CT scans, & MRIs. No prior authorization needed. Imaging orders can be fulfilled at any Arizona Advanced Imaging or SimonMed patient service center. If you have an Imaging preference, just let your doctor know at your appointment.
